Once you approve, your pieces go on the laser, and most orders are ready within 10 business days.

How far ahead should we reach out?
Most orders are ready within 10 business days of mock-up approval, but planning and revisions take time too. We suggest reaching out at least a month before your date, and please tell us your deadline in your first message so we can confirm it's possible. Rush orders may be available for an added fee.
Can you make something you haven't made before?
Yes, and we enjoy it. Send us your inspiration and we'll let you know honestly what we can make, including any changes that would help it work in wood, acrylic or metal.
Will I see a design before you cut?
Always. After your invoice is paid we send a digital mock-up, and your quote includes two rounds of revisions. Nothing goes on the laser until you approve it.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We're happy to make a single welcome sign or a few hundred favors, and larger quantities may qualify for volume pricing.
Can you match our invitations or colors?
Yes. Send us your invitation suite, color palette or fonts and we'll design your pieces to match. Vector files work best, but photos are a fine place to start.
Do you deliver?
We deliver locally in the Denver area and ship anywhere else in the US. Shipping costs are quoted separately and added to your total.
